Throwing yourself in at the deep end

I sat watching my 5-year old son at his swimming lesson this afternoon, noticing how he was literally throwing himself in, not knowing whether he would be able to keep his head above water.

At the weekends he's playing new sports, charging onto the football pitch without having any skills or knowing what the rules are. It doesn't stop him! He's learning to read and write and make friends all day at school.

Kids just get on with it. But as we get older we can start to get more cautious, more CONCERNED ABOUT THE WHAT IF'S...

"What if I look like I don't know what I'm doing?"
"What if I get judged?"
"Who am I to try to do that?"
"What if I make a fool of myself?"
"What if I fail?"

IMAGINE what could happen if you just let go of all the limiting beliefs and LET GO of the outcome? Stop making excuses and prioritise time for your own development. If you could do what FEELS right, and let the consequence follow.

What would YOU like to do or learn or try?... start a new business? change careers? get fit? produce some art? play an instrument? play a sport? start a relationship? end a relationship?..

Featured on my own personal development list includes - learn yoga, learn how to grow some of my own veg, dance (I could cringe just saying that out loud)...

Would love to hear yours!!! ... xx
