I'm a huge fan of these kinds of tracks and use them all the time when I'm going to bed to drift off into a gorgeous peaceful sleep. I've listened to Katie's material for some time now and it works a treat. 

If you've not used meditation style relaxations before, it's simple:

  • Lie down, undisturbed with your eyes closed
  • Take a deep breath - in through the nose, out through the mouth
  • Press play (I prefer to have my ear phones in) 
  • Enjoy!
